Ingredients: Six 6-inch low carb count pita breads, olive oil cooking spray, large non-stick cooking sheet.Directions: Cut each pita bread in half then cut each half into 3 triangles, separate the two layers of each triangle creating 12 triangles of pita bread, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lay single layer of all the pita triangles out on the your cooking sheet (do one batch at a time if necessary). Spray lightly all the triangles and season to taste and bake 7 minutes, flip the triangles over and bake an extra 5 minutes on that side. Add the toppings. You can use your usual toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, hot peppers, no-fat cheese, then bake in oven until cheese melts. Love it!
