Ingredients: 3 cups Shreddies, 2 cups Cherios, 2 cups reduced-fat pretzels, 1 cup oyster crackers, 1 cup dry roasted peanuts, 1 egg white, 1/2 cup SPLENDA, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, tsp ground red pepper. Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, beat egg white until it gets foamy then stir in SPLENDA, Worcestershire sauce and the pepper. Pour over the mixture as you lightly toss to coat each piece. Usingcooking spray to coat a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan and spread mixture out in a single layer on the pan then bake for 20 to 25 minutes stirring every 10 minutes or so.Also makes great gift to give to diabetic if done up in fancy Christmas bottles.
