I needy your help.I was found prediabtes in 2007 when I took my diabetic mom to screening.It was 137 fasting then .Recently it becomes 15o.I use diet and excersise.I am 5.8 size and 185 lbs.Should I begin medication.I have stomach pain some times when I have uncontrolled eating.
